Once the order is taken by the carrier chosen, we have no control over the package and/or the time it takes to get to you.
Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back ordered, you will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment or refunded. Rest assured any shipping delay or refund will be communicated to you.
*Orders over $250.00 may require a signature upon delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly (UPS or USPS). Once the tracking information for an order is marked "delivered", there is nothing we can do if the package is not in your possession.

All orders ship within 48 business hours from receipt of order.
Orders that are received over the weekend (Friday after 12pm - Sunday) will ship on Monday. (Unless it is a holiday, then orders will ship on the following Tuesday)

All orders are ship via UPS or USPS and will typically be delivered to your home in 3-5 business days. Where does Cara's Ship? Street addresses, P.O. Boxes, Businesses and Military APO/FPO addresses. All 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding all US Territories)
In-Store Pick Up
All orders can be picked up in store for local customers. Simply select in-store pick-up as your shipping option at check out. We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up. You must have your order confirmation with you when picking up your order.
**Orders that are not picked up within 90 days will be cancelled and refunded, less a 10% restocking fee.
